1. Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional consultant – Global payroll experience

  • Should have exp. in PeopleSoft Core HR and Global Payroll (Singapore Country extension) Modules implementation, Upgrade & Support.
  • Should have good knowledge on Latest HCM 9.2 feature, Pivot grid, analytics and PUM process.
  • Expert knowledge on Organizational & Processing Framework, Earnings/Deductions, Supporting Element, Retro, Segmentation, Triggers, On-cycle & Off-cycle processing in PeopleSoft Global Payroll and Absence management module.
  • Should have good communication, Documentation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent client facing skills, relationship building and leadership skills are essential.

2. Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional consultant – HCM experience

  • 6-9 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience as techno-functional consultant.
  • Should have exp. in PeopleSoft Core HR, Benefits, e-Performance and e-Profile Modules implementation, Upgrade & Support.
  • Should have good knowledge on Latest HCM 9.2 feature, Pivot grid, analytics and PUM process.
  • Strong functional Expertise and good domain knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM Foundation, Workforce Administration, Self Service, Compensation, Talent Management modules of PeopleSoft.
  • Should have good communication, Documentation and  problem solving skills.
  • Excellent client facing skills, relationship building and leadership skills are essential.

3. Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional consultant – ELM experience

  • 6-9 years of PeopleSoft ELM (Learning Management) experience as techno-functional consultant.
  • Should have exp. in PeopleSoft Core HR and ELM Modules implementation, Upgrade & Support.
  • Should have good knowledge on Latest HCM/ELM 9.2 feature, Pivot grid, analytics and PUM process.
  • Strong functional Expertise and good domain knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM/ELM Foundation and processes.
  • Should have good communication, Documentation and  problem solving skills.
  • Excellent client facing skills, relationship building and leadership skills are essential.

4. Oracle PeopleSoft Technical consultant

  • 5-8 years PeopleSoft technical Development experience
  • Should have exp. in PeopleSoft HCM implementation, Upgrade & support projects.
  • In-depth hands-on experience on SQR, query, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout, PS Query, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Web services, Excellent programming experience in SQL Language.
  • Experience in Retro fit, Enhancement to existing system / new project development work
  • Should have good communication, problem solving skills.

5. 6-9 years of experience in PeopleSoft & Oracle database Implementation, upgrade and support.

  • Having in-depth knowledge on PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
  • Installing and administering various PeopleSoft software Tuxedo12c, weblogic12c, JDK ,ES, Microfocus
  • Creating, configuring and administering Web, App, Batch components
  • Working knowledge on PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade and support
  • Preparing Demo & System PeopleSoft environments
  • Installing and configuring PeopleSoft 9.2 using Oracle VM and DPK
  • Applying application fixes and enhancements through PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM images
  • Implementing and supporting high availability and load balancing solutions for PeopleSoft Web/App/Batch and Database
  • Implementing WebLogic clustering for latest People Tools versions
  • Upgrading Oracle database to 11g,12c & 18c and applying Oracle database PSU patches
  • Fixing PeopleSoft vulnerability issues reported by auditing team
  • Planning and strategizing different environments and upgrade passes (Initial Pass, MTP1, MTP2, MPT3, Dry-Run and Final Move) for upgrade
  • Creating, configuring and managing the different SDLC environments namely DMO, DEV, SIT, UAT and PROD
  • Performance tuning on Web/App/Database/OS for optimum PeopleSoft online responses
  • Integrating People Tools with elastic search for search function
  • Installing and configuring change assistant for application upgrade and updates
  • Providing end to end infra support for PeopleSoft 9.2 on latest People Tools versions
  • Installing & renewing SSL certificate in WebLogic, IIS, Apache in Windows and UNIX
  • Installing cobol temporary and permanent license keys
  • Post PeopleSoft environment refresh activities like report node, server setup, LDAP, IB, SES, cobol, Verity, SSO, SMTP, date format, timezone etc.
  • Implementing PeopleSoft hardening on Web, App, batch servers
  • Reverse proxy servers namely Apache, IIS, HAProxy in PeopleSoft architecture
  • PeopleSoft database Refreshing  and cloning of non-production instances
  • Applying translation into PeopleSoft unicode environments
  • Upgrading PeopleSoft Applications to 9.2 and People Tools to 8.55/8.56/8.57
